After making this I metaphorically head slapped myself: How the heck did I forget Kula Cloth?! That is a product I ALWAYS have with me, even when not on an adventure. Who wants to drip dry? Not me.

What are your favorite things to do outdoors during the winter?

Things got a little crazier for us during the holiday season: We all landed up with Coronavirus December 22nd, and did not test negative until the second week of January. (ugh lol) First 5 days were HELL for me (almost landed in hospital), but then it was like a common cold. I got it the worst out of our house, but we knew that would most likely happen due to the health conditions I live with.
Anyhoo, at this point, of course, the Bluebird Market was finally ready to open January 14th (a four month delayed opening due to construction and permits), but now we are running behind - figures lol We hustled and opened Friday, January 28th, 2022. ....Things have been very slow, to say the least. (ugh and lol at the same time) And we are unfortunately butting heads with the management and corp that runs & owns the Bluebird Market; Before we signed the lease, we were assured some things would happen, but guess what, they have not happened. As well they omitted vital information before we signed the lease. Sooooooo, because of this, we are already looking for another space for a LUE Outdoors Store (another ugh and lol at the same time), but we are staying put until we find the "perfect" space.

Now that my venting is over with, let's talk about how you need to come see me at our new store (lol) even though I just complained about management; Just because we are unhappy with the powers-to-be, does not mean we do not love our store and want you to come visit. We also want you to come enjoy the restaurants in Bluebird Market: Some yummy food in here, y'all! And there is more coming: Come get your grub on!

This situation is just a bump in the road: We know we have an awesome business that offers customers some of the best products on the market from fantastic (small) companies in the Outdoors Industry; We just need to keep plugging away, hope you guys all (come) support us <wink> and know things will get better.

The last couple of years have taken a lot out of everyone.
Let's stick together, support eachother, and be a little kinder to eachother.
